Refund policy

Cancelation Policy:

Due to the complex service that we provide, A $500 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. Any cancellation or changes to your confirmed reservation can impact our operations.

However, we understand unforeseen events occur, including those out of yours or our control. Therefore, we intend to make cancellations as easy and “pain free” as possible by limiting the loss to this deposit amount. If you need to cancel your reservation, at any time, just let us know to receive a full refund for your anchoring less your Reservation Deposit.

Refunds:

Cancelations are subject to full refund less a $500 Reservation Deposit. 

Additional fees such as Piloting, distance and extended anchoring will be refunded at the conclusion of your trip if service is not used.

Reservation Deposit is non-refundable including for reasons such as (but not limited to) weather, park or ramp closures, mechanical or medical issues.

Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
